SMS/MMS consent Policy

1. Communications

When you register with SubHub Pro or use our platform, we may communicate with you through text messaging (SMS/MMS). You agree that SMS and MMS electronic communications provided by SubHub Pro satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

1.1 SMS Communications Consent

To receive SMS/MMS messages from SubHub Pro, you must explicitly provide consent by checking the SMS/MMS consent box during registration or within your Communication Preferences in the SubHub Pro application. This consent is not required to use the SubHub Pro platform and is distinct from general Terms of Service or Privacy Policy agreement.

2. Message Content

If you consent to receive text messages from SubHub Pro, these may include:

• Notifications about available substitute teaching shifts

• Confirmations of accepted assignments

• Scheduling updates or shift reminders

• Platform-related alerts tied to your account

Note: SubHub Pro does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

3. Frequency of Messages

You may receive SMS/MMS messages depending on your activity in the system. These messages may include:

• Real-time shift availability alerts

• Schedule changes or event reminders

• Confirmation of accepted or declined assignments

• Other transactional notifications related to your SubHub Pro account

4. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe

You may opt out of SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from SubHub Pro. After opting out, we will confirm and immediately discontinue all future messages to your number.

5. Data Retention

Data from SMS/MMS interactions will be retained for up to one year from receipt for auditing and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting SubHub Pro support.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.
