SubhubPro Terms of Service

1. Communications

When you register with SubhubPro or use our platform, we may communicate with you through email, text messaging (SMS/MMS), voice calls, mobile devices, or by posting notices directly through our services. You agree that any electronic communications provided satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

SubhubPro uses SMS/MMS messaging to facilitate and coordinate your workflow activities and to provide promotional updates. Messages are intended to keep you informed about operational tasks and relevant SubhubPro offerings.

Frequency of Messages

You may receive messages for:

• Workflow authorizations and task coordination.

• Scheduling changes or upcoming event reminders.

• Platform-related notifications.

• Occasional promotional or marketing messages.

Opt-Out and Unsubscribe

You can stop receiving SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from SubhubPro. After opting out, we will confirm and immediately discontinue all future messages to your number.

Data Retention

Data from SMS/MMS interactions will be retained for up to one year from receipt. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting SubhubPro support.

This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the information provided through the App, even if SubHub.Pro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

SubHub.Pro reserves the right to update, change, or correct any information within the App at any time without prior notice. While we make reasonable efforts to provide current and accurate information, we do not guarantee that any information available through the App is current, complete, or error-free at all times.
